Britney Spears said before present the promo to her fans, tweeting: "Without further adieu, I present my video for 'Hold It Against Me', directed by the wonderful Jonas Akerlund. (sic)"
The promo, which premiered on MTV US last night, shows Spears arriving to Earth in a meteor before becoming involved in a brawl with herself.
Larry Rudolph as Britney Spears' manager, has since explained the clip further, telling out US Team that the scene which shows Britney fighting herself is very significant.
The star is also seen shooting paint from her finger tips in the clip of Hold it Against Me, as she is surrounding by televisions showing some of Britney's most famous music videos.
